1. Click on the link below or go to dvr1.bahlinc.com
2. Click the "MPEG-4 Encoder Viewer" button
3. At this point you will need to download the program that allows you to view this page if you have a popup blocker installed then you will need to click at the top of your browser and allow the download
4. Click "submit" at the bottom of the page
5. Click the "play" Button in the upper-right
6. Enter the login and password

1. For faster frme rate, click "Quality" button and turn it to low
2. To change cameras click the "Camera" button and select a number
3. To take a snapshot, click the picture of the camera
4. To save a video to your computter click the picture of the floppy disk
5. To mover a PTZ camera (like camera number 13) click the "PTZ" button on the right and then click "Enable"
6. To make yhe video full screen, click the "Full Screen" button at the bottom of the screen
7. When you are done just close your browser or go to anothe page, no need to log out
